All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As a dropshipping business, our products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Due to the nature of dropshipping, delivery times may be longer than standard retail shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to customs, high demand, or shipping carrier issues.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

Multiple Shipments
Since we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Richard Fashion is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply once your order reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at richardfashion_@hotmail.com and we will investigate the issue.

Richard Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
